Breakfast was great.
There was no toothpaste in the room and I couldn't find somewhere to buy it close by. Most hotels I've visited provide toothpaste so I didn't carry mine thinking I will find it there. (Airports have a limit on liquids, if not would have brought mine). This was frustrating as I had to brush only with water. A small toothpaste put in each room will be great. Apart from that I loved the hotel! The location too is really great as everywhere I wanted to visit seemed very accessible in little time!

Apart from veey poor wifi, all other things where fine.
Overall typical Mercure hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Ok breakfast and comfy beds. We booked two the same type of rooms but one was perhaps a bit too small.
Truly frustrating, and main reason for a rather low score is that the hotel WIFI was super poor. Online TEAMS calls without video from mobile, Ipad and/or laptop simply not possible (From both rooms, not being next to each other) Being a frequent traveller, this is something I cannot accept and gets my negative review. The correct hardware these days is very well capable and any excuse is just poor. At least other hotels can, so why not this one.

Good
The breakfast was very good and staff as well
You charged me 5eur tax on the first day my arrival. Then when I checked out you charged me 15eur. And then you took me 10eur from my cart. So I stayed 3 night and you took me 30eur city tax.
